Atticus Chess Club is pleased to announce a talk by local Grandmaster Stewart Haslinger. It will be held at the Caledonia pub on Monday 19th September at 7.30 p.m. Entry will be £5 per head. Space is limited and entry will be considered on a first come first served basis. On the day entry will be accepted numbers permitting but preference on the day will be given to Atticus members.
Stewart's talk will be on practical Rook endgames and difficult decisions in the middlegame and will last for approximately 2 hours.
